MAG Challenge by the Page #40

Hello Everyone,

Today I have a project designed for  MAG Challenge by the Page.  The project for today came from the Storybook Cricut cartridge page 45. I used the flower die cut. I tried several other project and I really didn't like them, so I scrapped them and started over. This was more like it.   So I hope you enjoy it and decide to join in on this weeks MAG Challenge by the Page. Remember that you can only use the die cuts from the specified page. But don't worry,  you are allowed to use any other types embellishments just as long as they are not from any other cricut cartridges.  I hope you decide to join in on this week's challenge because you are always invited. So until next time....

Joy!!

Hello Everyone,

I have quick card that I made using my scraps from my last project. This card really said alot to me after the awesome Word, I received Sunday from pastor Joel Stockstill. He taught about how to keep a pure heart. He explained to us that "Happiness is a feeling". Happiness was never one of  God's  promises but "JOY" is something totally different.  God promised us unspeakable joy. Joy is a gift from God were as happiness is an emotion. Joy is something that lives with in us. It a gift from God that no one can take away from you.  So I thought how perfect this was for this card, to remind me to stop operating off of emotion and start walking with in the gifts that God gave me.  So until next time....

CTO Challenge #25 "Back to School"

 Back to School

Hello Everyone,

Today I have for you guys some door tag I created for my classroom. For all who are parent, I know you can agree with me in going to school to pick up your child for an appointment and you walk to the class to get your child and quickly realize that the class is empty. Then you run back to the office and the goose chase begin their. I was surfing the internet and about 1 1/2 years ago I found this idea on someone blog (I think it was Wendy's) . I  thought, what a brilliant idea. So I finally took the time to make some.  But I still have more to make before my set is complete. Please join me and the CTO Design Team on this week challenge and let us see what you can do. Remember that this week's challenge is any thing back to school related.  So until next time....

M.A.G. Challenge #38 Plantin Schoolbook

Hello Everyone,

Today I have MAG Challenge by the Page.  Today's  project is from  Plantin Schoolbook cartridge page 69.  This project was truly a challenge for me. I spent days trying to figure what to do. I finally got help from my 9 year old son. He started brainstorming with me and eventually my creative juices started flowing.  Thanks Micah for bailing mommy out. I decided on making a easel card after trying several other things that I refuse to post. They just was not good enough.  I know it is a bit simple but it still turn out fine.  So I hope you enjoy it and join in on this weeks MAG Challenge by the Page. As always,  you are always invited to join in this week's challenge.  So until next time....
